About Sylvia

Sylvia Vona is a Senior Consultant at Integris Group Services, specialising in People & Culture, workforce capability, and the practical implementation of governance and compliance frameworks.

She works at the intersection of policy, people, and operations, helping organisations translate complex requirements into clear, structured, and usable systems that support both compliance and culture, leveraging skills in employee engagement and organisational learning.

Sylvia is particularly effective in environments where:

    • policies and procedures exist but are difficult to apply in practice,
    • organisations need to improve workforce capability, engagement, or consistency,
    • documentation must support both compliance and day-to-day operations, or
    • change initiatives require structured implementation and adoption across teams

Her work ensures that systems are not only technically sound, but understood, adopted, and embedded across the organisation.

Sylvia brings experience across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Workforce Capability, and Operational Governance, with a strong focus on creating practical, accessible and engaging solutions. She has worked across public, not-for-profit, and corporate environments, supporting organisations to:

    • strengthen People & Culture frameworks,
    • develop clear and consistent policies and procedures,
    • improve workforce engagement and capability,
    • increase engagement through online and in-person learning content, and
    • implement structured systems that support compliance and performance

Her approach is grounded in ensuring that documentation and systems are usable in real-world settings, not just technically correct.

Sylvia’s experience spans the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance development and management, employee wellbeing and support, and organisational change and workforce transition.

She specialises in converting governance and regulatory requirements into policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, capability and guidance materials, and learning and training resources.

Working closely with leadership teams, People & Culture functions, and Operational Staff within our Clients, Sylvia co-designs solutions that improve adoption and consistency, reduce risk, and strengthen workforce capability and confidence.
