About Anmol

Anmol is a Junior Business Analyst at Integris Group Services, where she supports consultants and client teams across governance, compliance, and system implementation projects. With experience in HRIS platforms, onboarding workflows, and business documentation, she contributes to embedding practical, structured solutions that are easy for teams to understand and use.

Anmol plays a supporting role in process mapping, stakeholder coordination, and testing activities—helping to ensure changes are clearly communicated, technically sound, and practically adopted across all levels of an organisation.

Anmol’s background spans roles in HR, retail, and government sectors, where she has supported systems projects, compliance activities, and business analysis functions. She has worked alongside senior stakeholders to document functional requirements, assist in user acceptance testing, and contribute to end-to-end project coordination.

With a strong service mindset, she focuses on ensuring that business needs are clearly captured and that solutions are implemented in ways that work for people, not just processes.

When she’s off the clock, Anmol keeps things moving with yoga and the occasional long run. She’s always up for a good movie, planning her next travel adventure, or catching up with friends and family over great food and laughter.
