Thomas Werner: Leading Service Transformation at Integris Group

Thomas Werner is Managing Partner of Integris Group Services, specialising in translating complex technical, operational, and strategic challenges into structured, scalable service offerings.

He works at the intersection of commercial strategy, service design, and operational systems, helping organisations move from fragmented or conceptual approaches to clearly defined, deliverable, and commercially viable systems. This includes supporting operational improvement and optimisation, as well as shaping the solutions, products, and services our clients take to market.

Thomas is particularly effective in environments where:

  • services or capabilities exist but are not yet clearly defined or structured,
  • organisations are seeking to expand, reposition, or transform their service offerings or ways of working,
  • technical or operational complexity needs to be translated into executive-level clarity, or
  • new opportunities require commercial framing, grants or funding support, and practical execution, tracking, and monitoring

His work is characterised by the ability to move seamlessly between technical detail, operational systems, and strategic positioning, ensuring that ideas can be understood and implemented in a way that stakeholders at all levels of the organisation can connect with and act on.

“Thomas has a strong ability to take complex or loosely defined ideas and translate them into clear, structured, and commercially viable services.

His work focuses on bringing clarity, direction, and practical momentum to situations that would otherwise remain conceptual, ensuring that opportunities can be understood, shaped, and implemented in a way that delivers tangible outcomes.”

Thomas brings a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial development capability, and management consulting experience.

His career began in engineering surveying and geospatial services, where he developed strong technical foundations in:

  • precise measurement and positioning,
  • digital engineering and reality capture technologies, and
  • big data, metadata, and locational data capture, analysis, and processing

Building on this foundation, he played a key role in developing end-to-end technical service offerings across multiple organisations that scaled rapidly. This included designing data capture methodologies and processing workflows, quality assurance frameworks and delivery standards, data and technology ecosystems, and commercial and business development approaches.

Through this work, he developed strong capability in transforming technical expertise into structured, market-ready services.

Thomas later expanded into consultative and collaborative support for clients across operational and commercial strategy development, working on projects of varying scale and helping align technical capability with client needs and business outcomes.

He subsequently moved into a role at Deloitte Consulting, within the Strategy & Operations Team. Thomas worked across asset management, supply chain, and service transformation engagements in Defence, not-for-profit, and professional services environments.

During this period, he further developed his capability in strategy, consulting, and digital and systems thinking, gaining a reputation for:

  • understanding complex operational systems in detail,
  • identifying dependencies and risks that others often overlooked, and
  • translating those insights into clear strategic understanding for executive teams

At Integris Group Services, Thomas brings together his technical, commercial, and consulting experience to support the development, expansion, and improvement of client operations and service offerings.

His role focuses on shaping and defining new service offerings, commercialising concepts into clear and attractive propositions, supporting business development and client engagement, and operationalising strategy into deliverable and scalable services.

Working alongside Steph, he plays a key role in ensuring that strategic ideas are translated into practical, structured, and repeatable offerings that can be delivered consistently for clients.
