The Problem
An Infrastructure department had established Electrical Infrastructure Safety Rules that required translation into process documents and managed in a Document management system to ensure a safer work environment for employees, which was a Compliance Management requirement.
The Challenge
The need for document management systems with these functions is the heavily regulated environment, requiring evidence of conformance to numerous parliamentary Acts in an online environment. It also needed to be accessed from a variety of devices in any location, and easily adopted by the department.
